Welcome to the art of Rebecca Bush. I'm a Seattle artist,  originally from Michigan, I've been drawing my entire life - they tell me I started drawing on the walls as a toddler. I attended art school at both the Universities of Michigan and Washington. I draw, paint in acrylics on paper and canvas and occasionally incorporate fabric and sewing into my work. I'm inspired by the natural world and my imaginary animals.
This site features my landscape and travel journals, Holy Cats!, a series produced during the pandemic inspired by Eastern Orthodox Iconography and a blog where I write about art & other obsessions!
